Self-protection advise

* Watch for any official information concerning the event, as well as those appearing in the media. 
* Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. 
* Be always well hydrated and bring water in plastic bottles. 
* Have emergency exits localized and be aware instructions of the security personnel. 
* If you are accompanied or a group, agree on a reference point where to meet in case you get lost. 
* If you visit the market with kids, take them to the hand. Be always aware of the elderly and people with disabilities. 
* Bring your documentation with you. In the case of children, elderly or mentally handicapped people, prepare a card with their details and a contact number and put it on them in a visible place. 
* Do not stop at the entry or exit gates or in the hallways. 
* In mass gatherings or should you have the feeling of being trapped, find an alternative route where to get out.
* Do not climb on the railings, fences or other unstable elements that could be dangerous. 
* Once the event has finished, leave the premises in an orderly manner, respecting the starting order and following the advice of the security services. Do not forget your personal belongings. 


In case of emergency

> Keep calm and watch for signs of the emergency services. If you are inside, do not use elevators
> Always follow indicated exits and do not stop. In no case go back
> Avoid yelling, running or pushing others, as this could cause very dangerous situations because of the large number of people concentrated there
> Once you are in a safe area, if there is someone missing, inform the emergency services
> In case of emergency, if you call 112 emergency phone from a mobile phone and there is no signal, might be that lines are saturated: find a landline to recall
